MITCH MORELAND

Mitch Moreland is one of the managing partners at Heckert & Moreland Co., L.P.A. Mitch is a tough and straight-forward attorney who has been practicing law in Central Ohio for over twenty-five years. Mitch’s focus is with matters involving divorce, child custody, child support and estate planning.

Mr. Moreland went to undergraduate school at Marshall University and graduated Magna Cum Laude, with a Bachelor’s Degree. Mitch received his Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School in 1995. Upon graduating law school, Mitch returned to school to earn his L.L.M. in Taxation. Mitch received his license to practice law in January of 1996.

Mr. Moreland also serves as a Guardian ad Litem in Divorce cases, Child Custody matters, and Abuse, Neglect, Dependency cases. Mr. Moreland’s passion to help others when they are going through some of life’s toughest battles is what has lead Mitch to pursue Family, Juvenile, and Estate Planning Law
